ORGANVM Roadmap: Alpha to Omega
This document defines the architectural and operational path from the initial Alpha** (Ignition) phase to the final **Omega (Autonomous Grace) state.🔭 Current Phase: Hardening (March 2026)

Phase 1: Ignition (Alpha) — COMPLETED

Phase 2: Genesis (Beta) — COMPLETED
- ✅ 100% `seed.yaml` coverage across all active repos.
- ✅ Launch the high-fidelity CMYK Astro 5 portfolio.
- ✅ Deploy initial ORGAN-III commercial products (12/12).
- ✅ Implement the Semantic AI Market Fit engine.
Phase 3: Propulsio (Hardening) — IN PROGRESS
- ✅ Full-Breath Testing: Close coverage gaps in visual loaders (reached >80%).
- ✅ Evidence Expansion: Implement Impact, Testimonials, and Press nodes.
- ✅ Identity Sync: Automated synchronization of system vitals to avoid metadata drift.
- ⭕ Stripe Integration: Finalize commerce orchestration for Organ III (Issue #64).
- ⭕ External Validation: Conduct the first "Stranger Test" audits.
Phase 4: Omega (Closure) — TARGET: MARCH 18, 2026
- ⭕ Soak Test Completion: 30 consecutive days of zero-incident autonomous operation.
- ⭕ Bus Factor Validation: Successful maintenance by a second operator.
- ⭕ Revenue Realization: First live transaction in Organ III.
- ⭕ Omega Flip: System transitions from "Construction" to "Sustainable Occupation."
